Specialized in Commercial Law and Intellectual Property, as well as Notarial Practice. Founding Member of the Guatemalan Institute of Notarial and Registry Law, and member of The American Society of International Law and the Inter-American Bar Association.
Mr. Julio Fernando Escobar
Attorney and Notary, graduated Cum Laude from Francisco Marroquín University, with over twenty-five years of professional experience. Specialized in Civil Law, Registry, Banking and Insurance Law, Civil and Commercial Procedure, as well as Tax and Constitutional Litigation. Member of the Guatemalan Institute of Notarial and Registry Law and the Inter-American Bar Association.
