Mr. Julio Fernando Escobar
Attorney and Notary (Guatemala), cum laude graduate of Francisco Marroquín University, with over twenty-five years of professional experience. He specializes in Civil Law, Registry Law, Banking and Insurance Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation, as well as Tax and Constitutional Litigation.
He is a member of the Guatemalan Institute of Notarial and Registry Law and the Inter-American Bar Association.
Mr. Diego Fernando Escobar Moklebust
Final-year Law and Social Sciences student at Francisco Marroquín University, with a strong interest in Intellectual Property, Civil Law, Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, and Notarial Practice.
He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Law Student Association (ADE) at Francisco Marroquín University (2024–2025) and is a student member of the Guatemalan Institute of Notarial and Registry Law.
Mrs. Ana Ximena Murillo Azurdia
Attorney and Notary (Guatemala), she graduated from Rafael Landívar University and holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of San Carlos of Guatemala. She has over thirty years of professional experience in Civil, Commercial, Labor, Administrative, Constitutional, and Intellectual Property Law.
Mr. Juan Luis Aldana Espinoza
Attorney and Notary (Guatemala), graduated from the University of Mariano Gálvez of Guatemala, with fifteen years of professional experience specializing in Criminal Law.
He has served for fourteen years as a Public Defender, gaining extensive experience in technical defense and the protection of fundamental rights. He also has fifteen years of experience teaching Criminal Law at the university level, training future legal professionals and contributing to academia through forensic practice.
